Administrative CPR numbers for children under the age of 18

Children under the age of 18 can also be issued an administrative CPR number. A person who is the child’s legal guardian must in this case sign the application form.

In case the child is not already in possession of a valid passport, proof of Danish citizenship can be submitted in the form of a copy of a name certificate together with a copy of one of the parents’ Faroese/Danish passport.
