Can I be represented by someone else?

Yes, you can be represented by for example a lawyer or another person, just as you can also apply for free legal aid on your own behalf.

If you allow yourself to be represented by a person who is neither a lawyer nor otherwise has a power of attorney, the High Commissioner’s Office’s processing of the case requires that you submit a power of attorney.
