Personal data is processed in accordance with regulations set out in anordning nr. 754 af 19. juni 2017 om ikrafttræden af lov om behandling af personoplysninger for rigsmyndighedernes behandling af oplysninger på Færøerne og bekendtgørelse nr. 1051 af 12. september 2017 for Færøerne om sikkerhedsforanstaltninger til beskyttelse af personoplysninger, som behandles for den del af den offentlige forvaltning, der henhører under rigsmyndighederne.

Purpose

We process your personal data in order to conduct the necessary processing of your enquiry.

Furthermore, we process the data to achieve as an effective and rational administration of enquiries as possible, and to keep track of which cases the High Commissioner has processed in addition to searching for previous practice.

Potential Recipients

The data may in special cases be shared with other authorities if the High Commission deems that your inquiry falls under the auspices of another authority. If this is the case, your inquiry will be forwarded to the proper authority, and you will be informed about this.

• You have the right to have incorrect data about you corrected.
