If your NemID has been misused or you suspect it has been misused, you should block your NemID immediately.
Blocking the key card
If you lose your key card, you should immediately block the use of your key card in the self-service option on Nemid.nu. To do so, you need to user your user ID as well as your password.
Blocking the key app
If you have lost your smartphone or tablet and the key app has been installed on the unit, you should immediately block your key app. To do so, use the self-service option on Nemid.nu, where you will need to use your user ID as well as your password.
Note that if the key app is blocked, you can still use your key card.
Blocking the key indicator
If you have lost your key indicator, you need to block it immediately. You do so in the self-service option on Nemid.nu, where you will need to use your key card or key app.
Note that even if the key indicator is blocked, you can still use your key
card or key app.
If you do not wish to use the self-service option, you can contact NemID support.
If you are not able to block your key card, key app or key indicator through the self-service option, you can call NemID private support at +45 72 24 70 50.
The opening hours for NemID private support are:
- Mondays – Fridays, 08:30-20:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 10:00-16:00
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve: 10:00-14:00
