Complaints

If the High Commission decides against your request to be issued with a NemID or have your NemID blocked, a complaint can be sent to Digitaliseringsstyrelsen (Agency for Digitisation).

You can file your complaint in the following ways:

  • Send a letter entitled “NemID complaint” to: Digitaliseringsstyrelsen, Landgreven 4, DK-1301 Copenhagen

A complaint can also be sent to the High Commission’s e-mail address,

ro@fo.stm.dk. The complaint will be forwarded to the Digitaliseringsstyrelsen together with other documents in the case. In case the complaint is written in Faroese, the High Commission will obtain a translation before the complaint is forwarded to the Digitaliseringsstyrelsen.
